Martin J. Wells [mjwells@mjwells.com] President

Mr. Wells has over 35 years of experience in traffic, transportation, transit, parking, and pedestrian planning and engineering. He has worked for private real estate developers; federal, state, and local governments; and institutions in 30 states and overseas. This experience includes traffic impact studies, transportation analyses of mixed-use developments, travel demand management studies, parking policy and needs studies, transit planning, and highway and parking facility design. Mr. Wells has provided expert testimony before numerous planning boards, elected officials, administrative hearing officers, and citizens groups.

Terence J. Miller [tjmiller@mjwells.com] Vice President

Mr. Miller has over 25 years of experience in the traffic and transportation planning fields for both private and public sector clients.  This experience includes conducting and overseeing the preparation of traffic impact studies, retail site assessments, signal warrant analyses, site circulation reviews, parking lot design, parking policy, feasibility analyses, and parking needs studies.  In addition, Mr. Miller has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over twenty years.  As a member of this organization, he has chaired several round table discussions related to the design of shopping centers from a traffic engineering perspective and has made presentations on the design and approvals of shopping centers at ICSC conferences. 

Robin L. Antonucci [rlantonucci@mjwells.com] Principal Associate

Ms. Antonucci has over 30 years of experience in traffic, transportation, transit, and parking planning, land development and engineering. She has worked for state, local, and regional public agencies, and private consultants. Her extensive public sector experience includes the review and analysis of complex development applications, parking demand studies, the development and review of proposed changes to local zoning ordinance(s), and highway design and construction inspection duties. Ms. Antonucci has provided considerable expert assistance/testimony before planning boards, elected officials, courts, and numerous citizen groups.

Jami L. Milanovich, P.E. [jlmilanovich@mjwells.com] Principal Associate

Ms. Milanovich has over 15 years of experience in a wide range of traffic and transportation projects including: traffic impact studies, corridor studies, parking analyses, traffic signal design, intersection improvement design, and signing and pavement marking design. She has worked for both public and private sector clients.

Anne (Nancy) M. Randall, AICP, PTP [amrandall@mjwells.com] Principal Associate

Ms. Randall has over 30 years of experience in the traffic and transportation planning fields for both private and public sector clients. This experience includes conducting and overseeing the preparation of traffic impact studies, corridor studies, signal warrant analyses, Travel Demand Management programs, site circulation reviews, parking policy and needs studies, and feasibility analyses.

Christopher Turnbull [cturnbull@mjwells.com] Principal Associate

Mr. Turnbull has 25 years of transportation experience in traffic, parking, planning, and engineering. He has worked for both public sector and private real estate developer clients. This experience includes traffic impact studies, parking facility analysis and design, transit planning, capacity analysis, data collection, and design.

Michael J. Workosky, PTP, TOPS, TSOS [mjworkosky@mjwells.com] Principal Associate

Mr. Workosky has over 20 years of experience in traffic, parking, and transportation planning and engineering. He is a registered Professional Transportation Planner (PTP), Traffic Operations Practitioner Specialist (TOPS), and Traffic Signal Operations Specialist (TSOS), and has worked for both private real estate developers and public sector clients. This experience includes site traffic impact studies, retail site assessments, transportation analyses of large-scale mixed-use developments, shared parking analyses, parking design and needs studies, and feasibility analyses.
