	< PREVIOUS PAGE Fairways at Waldenwoods Hartland, Michigan The DDC Group will transform a vacant parcel in Waldenwoods into a 133-unit single family community. The main entrance to Fairways at Waldenwoods will be located on Old U.S. 23.  Additional vehicular and pedestrian connections are planned to the east and west. Wells + Associates prepared a comprehensive and detailed SimTraffic analysis of the intersections of the main entrance and M-59 with Old U.S. 23.  Wells + Associates demonstrated that the traffic that would be generated at full build out could be adequately accommodated with reasonable improvements at the driveway and the off-site intersections.
