With 1,334 rooms, Wardman Park is the largest hotel in Washington, D.C. The hotel also has significant exhibition, conference, and meeting space, several restaurants, and numerous retail shops.
The new owners of Wardman Park, The JBG Companies, plan to reposition the property by:

Wells + Associates was retained by JBG to evaluate the traffic and parking impacts of these changes on the property and on Woodley Road, Calvert Street, Connecticut Avenue, and Woodley Park residential streets.
