 The Zona Rosa project is located in Platte County, Missouri outside of Kansas City. Platte County is the second wealthiest county in Missouri. The county is also the No.1 ranked county in the state and the 26th ranked nationally in growth potential. Steiner + Associates is the owner and operator of the ultimately 1,000,000 square foot complex containing a mix of uses including retail, restaurants, entertainment, offices and residential units.
Wells + Associates was retained by Steiner + Associates to review the traffic circulation within the project and to identify shared parking opportunities. As part of the project planning team Wells & Associates provided recommendations regarding pedestrian requirements, parking demands, street widths and the internal traffic flows into and out of the parking areas and along the street system. |
