Wells + Associates was retained by Realen Properties and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company to conduct traffic and shared parking studies of the Village at Valley Forge in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

This mixed use town center will consist of 1,000,000 S.F. of retail/restaurant/cinema space, a hotel, 200,000 S.F. of office space, 300 condominiums, and 1,700 townhouses.
The Village at Valley Forge is planned as a vibrant, compact, mixed-use town center, with a fine-grained, connected street network, centered on “Main Street.” Multi-level, above-grade parking garages will be veneered by commercial buildings and residences.
Regional access to the Village at Valley Forge will be provided by the Pennsylvania Turnpike at I-76, PA 422, and PA Route 202.
Wells + Associates currently is conducting traffic studies of the internal street network and shared parking studies that will be used to gain local municipality approvals. Wells + Associates also is preparing conceptual parking garage design plans and signing and pavement marking plans.
